Before & After #10 / Azaleas

Earlier this week, I mentioned the love/hate relationship I have with my azaleas. Well, I did get the macro lens out and snap a few. We've been having some awful wind, and I doubt these flowers are going to make it past the weekend. There's a couple more pics on the facebook page if you'd like to see them.

Canon 5D, 100mm f/2.8 Macro lens, ISO 1250 (it was almost dark! lol), f/4.0, 1/500sec, Edited in Photoshop CS3

I shot this photo at an exposure that wouldnt quite blow out the sky, but still leave enough detail in the flower. Cropped it just a tad, because I like the extra flowers on the edges. Brightened a little, and added a bokeh texture with a pink tint. Happy Spring everyone!
